Last Night's Dramafest.

This is what went down the moment we got off the phone

with Daddy, who made the mistake of saying "nigh nigh".

Valentines Day With My Little Man...

Kevin left yesterday morning so Braylon and I decided we'll just

go on a Valentines date of our own! I packed up the picnic backpack

I won during the "white elephant" game this past Christmas, (jokes on

you Grandma! We used it!) Anyway, the sun was out and it was a nice 

day! :)

Pretend Valentines Day.

 We celebrated our pretend Valentines Day today. As everyone knows Kevin

is on the road all the time for work. So for breakfast we ate Nutella and peanut butter

crepes and exchanged handmade cards. Then we sent Braylon off to be with his

grandparents so we could go to a toddler free lunch and to the movie theater for

the first time in 2 years!

26 Weeks!

-This week Mason weighs in at 1 2/3 pounds

Not the best quality pictures, but here's a little something we've been

working on this week!

Picnic at the Park.

Big Boy Bed!!

So, today was the trial run of Braylon's new big boy bed! I decided 

to give it a go at his nap time. Braylon was clearly very tired so I figured 

there was a good shot of him actually sleeping in it! Turns out I was right! The

process went a little like this;

1. I put him in the bed with his regular blankets and his beloved owl

2. I told him "night night" and tucked him in

3. I shut his door but not all the way

4. I stood right outside the door knowing he'd probably think 

he was getting over on me and get out

5. (He never even tried to get out!) He was crying his eyes out

so I kept opening the door to tell him it was "night night time"

6. He must have realized I was serious after the 4th or 5th time I 

peeked in, and he was asleep! The whole thing start to finish was

about 15 minutes! I hope tonight goes just as well :)

24 Weeks.

6 Months in!

-I weigh 126.6 

-I've been eating lots of nachos, quesadillas, and burritos

 -This boy is active ALL THE TIME, seriously. So sleep is already 

getting difficult!
